Join Morris County Chamber of Commerce members for an informative discussion about the challenges caregivers face and a unique program that can help.  United Way’s Assistive Technology for Caregiving Families is a free service that can help alleviate stress and isolation for caregivers while increasing independence and social connections for their loved ones. The Assistive Technology program can help provide families with technology that improves their safety, stress level, and connections to others.

Participants will hear an expert panel address the needs of caregivers and answer questions about the help that the United Way’s Assistive Technology Program can provide:

1. How to find information, resources, and support for family caregivers through the United Way Caregivers Coalition.
2. Learn about the types of Assistive Technology devices available and how they are used.
3. Hear from program participants how Assistive Technology has helped them and how it can make a difference for you.
