Business Spotlight: Water Station

The Randolph Economic Development Committee is pleased to spotlight Water Station, located at 124 Route 10, Store #4, in Randolph.

Owners Asif Rahman and Shabin Ahmed opened Water Station in 2026 as a specialty water refill store, offering a convenient, affordable, and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional bottled water. Customers can bring their own containers or purchase 5-gallon jugs in the store to refill with purified or alkaline water.

Asif and Shabin founded the business with a goal of creating something practical, sustainable, and community-focused. They were looking for a straightforward business model that would allow them to focus on customer service and quality, while keeping overhead and inventory management to a minimum. Most importantly, they enjoy serving the community by providing access to clean, healthy drinking water.

Water Station customers can enjoy clean, safe, and great-tasting drinking water through advanced purification technology—without the high costs associated with water delivery or long-term contracts. Every bottle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before being refilled to help ensure safety and provide customers with peace of mind.

Environmental responsibility is another important goal of the business. Water Station encourages customers to reduce plastic waste by reusing containers and promotes proper disposal and recycling practices. Water Station also offers friendly curbside assistance, helping customers load their water jugs directly into their vehicles for added convenience.

In addition to providing quality drinking water, Water Station takes pride in offering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment. Asif and Shabin enjoy meeting their customers, getting to know members of the community, and building lasting relationships.
