Business Spotlight: NJ Battle Zones

Located at 10 Middlebury Boulevard, NJ Battle Zones is North New Jersey’s first and largest dedicated indoor nerf arena that caters to open play sessions and private events such as birthday parties, corporate team building, fundraisers, and more.

Owners Roy and Danielle Samaniego established their business after their son expressed interest in having a nerf-themed birthday party, but found that no such facility in the area offered those services. With support from the community, the Samaniego’s celebrated the grand opening of NJ Battle Zones in October 2021, after they saw an opportunity to create a unique space for families and groups to recreationally interact in an environment that is fun and safe for people of all ages.

Players at NJ Battle Zones have the opportunity to participate in open play sessions and battle sessions that feature games such as Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, and team eliminations. The arena’s wide selection of rival and standard nerf elite blasters are all carefully tested and chosen to give players the best experience possible. Dedicated to safety, NJ Battle Zones provides eye protection to all participating players and provides a detailed overview of the arena’s rules before sessions begin.
