Business Spotlight: Big Bites Deli & Pizza

The Randolph Economic Development Committee is pleased to feature Big Bites Deli & Pizza, a family-owned restaurant located at 81 Route 10 in Randolph. Owned by Roger and Hannah Ghantous, Big Bites serves made-to-order deli sandwiches, New York-style pizza, salads, and hot entrees, with a focus on fresh ingredients and friendly service.

Owner Roger Ghantous brings more than 25 years of restaurant experience to Big Bites. After selling his previous restaurant, he worked with Chick-fil-A to gain additional experience in customer service and restaurant operations before opening Big Bites in Randolph. He chose Randolph for its strong sense of community and vibrant local business environment.

Customers return for the restaurant’s fresh, quality food. Pizza dough is made in-house, deli meats are sliced fresh daily, and the menu offers a variety of options for both quick meals and family dining.

The owners attribute the business’s success to three core principles: consistency, community, and care. By consistently delivering quality food and service, engaging with the community through local events and partnerships, and genuinely caring for both customers and staff, Big Bites has built a strong foundation for continued growth.

For Roger, the most rewarding part of the business is the relationships built over the years.
