Business Spotlight: Elite TOMA Martial Arts

The Randolph Economic Development Committee is pleased to spotlight Elite TOMA Martial Arts, located at 430 Route 10 in Randolph.

Owned and led by Grand Master Jae Hyeon Jo, Elite TOMA Martial Arts is a premier martial arts academy offering high-quality instruction in Taekwondo and other martial arts disciplines. With dynamic programs for children, teens, adults, and families, Elite TOMA provides an opportunity for everyone to learn, grow, and become their best.

For children, martial arts is about much more than physical fitness. Students develop self-confidence, self-esteem, focus, discipline, perseverance, and leadership skills while learning how to set goals and overcome challenges. Adults benefit from an engaging workout that improves strength, flexibility, fitness, and stress management—all in a positive and supportive environment.

Now celebrating its 25th Anniversary, Elite TOMA Martial Arts has become deeply rooted in the Randolph community. For a quarter-century, local families have trusted Master Jo and his team to provide quality instruction while helping students develop the character and life skills needed for long-term success.

At Elite TOMA, the goal goes beyond earning belts. Students are encouraged to become leaders who take responsibility, help others, continue learning, and make a positive difference in their families and communities. The journey toward black belt is viewed not as an ending, but as the beginning of a lifelong path of leadership, personal excellence, and service.

Elite TOMA also proudly supports and collaborates with local school districts, PTAs, and townships throughout the county. The academy believes in working hand-in-hand with families, educators, and community organizations to provide meaningful enrichment opportunities and contribute to a stronger community.

“What I love most about what I do is witnessing the moment a student truly realizes their own potential—and then seeing that realization grow into a lifelong journey of excellence.”

— Jae Hyeon Jo, Chief Master & Grand Master

For 25 years, Elite TOMA Martial Arts has been more than a martial arts school—it has been a place where generations of Randolph-area families have learned to believe in themselves, overcome challenges, develop character, and become leaders.
