Business Spotlight: Randolph Athletic Club
Randolph Athletic Club (RAC), located at 220 Franklin Road in Randolph, is a family-focused athletic facility offering gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, parkour, and fitness classes for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Owned by Nicole and Billy Lintner and supported by a team of 22 employees, RAC provides structured programming in a welcoming environment that prioritizes skill development, safety, and personal growth. Whether working with beginners or competitive athletes, the club focuses on building confidence and character alongside athletic ability.
RAC officially opened in August 2024 after years of involvement in the Randolph community. Through coaching, mentoring, and volunteering locally, Billy and Nicole recognized a need for consistent, movement-based programs that supported youth development in a meaningful way. They envisioned a space where children could grow not only as athletes but also as confident individuals.
Families from Randolph and surrounding communities are drawn to RAC because it offers more than just classes. Parents value the safe, structured setting, and children benefit from opportunities to build skills, friendships, and self-confidence. The club emphasizes community and strives to create an atmosphere where athletes feel comfortable, challenged, and encouraged. Billy and Nicole share that the most rewarding part of their work is watching athletes develop over time—seeing new skills mastered, confidence grow, and friendships form.
RAC’s success is rooted in its dedicated coaching team and strong community ties. RAC coaches are USAG certified and trained in CPR and First Aid, ensuring a safe and professional experience. The club remains committed to improving its programs, refining coaching techniques, and expanding opportunities for athletes as it continues to grow.
Since opening, Randolph Athletic Club has earned recognition as Macaroni Kid Morris County’s Best Gymnastics Gym and Best Birthday Party Location in 2024. Its competition team, Zero Gravity Bronze Division, earned the title of State Champions, with six athletes holding State Records. RAC has also hosted clinics featuring collegiate athletes from The College of New Jersey and Rutgers University, as well as guest appearances by Abby Lee Miller. In addition, the club supports local school fundraisers and offers a Sunday inclusion class designed specifically for special needs athletes.
