Owned by Dr. Lauren Kaplan, D.Ac., Restoration Health Acupuncture & Nutrition offers a variety of services, including acupuncture, cupping, ozone therapy, hypnotherapy, and Reiki, designed to help patients feel their best and move forward in their lives.
Dr. Lauren is a nationally board-certified Doctor of Acupuncture who entered the field because of her own need for relief. Her signature care plan focuses specifically on women navigating the stress and anxiety that can accompany major life transitions, including infertility, postpartum life, motherhood, career stress, divorce, and caring for aging parents.
Her dedication to her patients and community has earned her recognition as a Best in NJ Magazine Top Doc in Acupuncture and a Top Acupuncturist through Find A Top Doc Excellence in Medicine. She has also received the Patriots’ Path Council Tribute to Women Award for her contributions to the community.
Dr. Lauren’s journey into acupuncture began after she broke her tailbone during childbirth. After trying other approaches without finding effective pain relief, she reluctantly decided to try acupuncture as a last resort. The treatment worked—and ultimately changed the direction of her life.
Today, Dr. Lauren draws on that personal experience to help others through their own challenges. As a business owner, single mother, daughter, and sister, she understands the many demands women can face and is passionate about helping her patients feel better while achieving meaningful milestones in their lives.
