Business Spotlight: Zuzanna’s Gourmet

Established in 2008, by the delicatessen’s namesake and business owner Zuzanna Baranski, Zuzanna’s Gourmet has been serving quality fresh eastern-European specialties to the Randolph community and the greater Morris County area for over 14 years from its 1152 Route 10 West location.

Together with her husband Andrzej, Mrs. Baranski established her business after completing her apprenticeship at Jean-Georges, a five-star flagship restaurant in Manhattan. Utilizing her training at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Mrs. Baranski uses her technical skills, and passion for serving delicious food to provide her customers with positive dining and catering experiences.

At Zuzanna’s Gourmet, a wide range of eastern European specialties are made from scratch and served. The menu includes hearty and savory dishes such as pierogies, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa, meatballs, eggplant parmesan, chicken dishes, paninis, and sandwiches, to name a few. Zuzanna’s also has a variety of homemade desserts available such as cappuccino brownies, bread pudding, chocolate-hazelnut almond biscotti, pistachio cookies, and tiramisu.
