EDC Honors Pediatric Dental Associates and RAC with 2025 Business Achievement Awards

The Randolph Township Economic Development Committee (EDC) recognized two outstanding local businesses this month, presenting each with a 2025 Business Achievement Award for exceptional service, community involvement, and contributions to Randolph’s economic vitality. Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph received its proclamation on December 3, followed by the Randolph Athletic Club (RAC) on December 9.

Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph

For more than three decades, Pediatric Dental Associates, located at Route 10 and Millbrook Avenue, has been a cornerstone of care, compassion, and community engagement. The EDC’s proclamation honors the practice’s longstanding dedication to pediatric dentistry and to the well-being of Randolph’s children and families.

The practice promotes community health through annual programs each February during Children’s Dental Health Month, teaching young residents essential oral-health habits. Its participation in the American Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile Day provides free cleanings, exams, and treatment to uninsured children.

Beyond clinical care, the practice consistently supports community spirit—sponsoring local sports teams, contributing a whimsical house to Randolph’s Fairy Trail, and helping create Randolph’s Inclusive Playground. Its Ice Cream Socials and Mission Gratitude, a family event honoring first responders and military personnel, further reflect a deep commitment to appreciation and connection.

The township recognized Dr. Matt Mannella, Dr. Annie Isaacs, Dr. Negar Tabari, Dr. Simi Kaur, and the entire team for decades of community-focused service and for fostering meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Randolph Athletic Club

Just eight months after opening, the Randolph Athletic Club has made a notable impact as a hub for fitness, empowerment, and community connection.

Offering nearly 100 weekly fitness classes for all ages, RAC promotes physical and mental well-being while instilling confidence, discipline, and a love of movement. Its economic impact is also significant, having created more than 20 new jobs—many filled by local youth gaining mentorship and experience.

RAC’s community engagement includes hosting Fun Days for Shongum and Ironia Elementary Schools, supporting the Randolph Bulldogs Cheer Program, donating to Center Grove Elementary’s flower sale, and providing sports-specific training for the Bulldogs football team. Its sponsorship of the Randolph 5K underscores its commitment to an active and healthy community.

The club also champions inclusivity, offering a weekly class for neurodivergent children to ensure athletes of all abilities have a welcoming space. RAC partners with New Jersey college athletes to mentor younger students and recently celebrated a state championship in gymnastics, bringing local pride to new heights.

The EDC and Township Council presented RAC with its proclamation on December 9, recognizing the club’s dedication to building a stronger, healthier, and more inclusive community.
