Since 2006, JM Lifestyles has been creating unique custom functional concrete designs and products for their clients in Morris County and the wider New Jersey area. Located at 220 Franklin Road, the concrete design and manufacturing business operates out of a 25k sqft facility where they create sustainable durable surfaces and furniture out of a diverse range of mediums and materials.
Owners Michelle Radley and Jeff Kudvick work alongside their team of 30+ craftsmen, artisans, and employees to produce and offer their clients environmentally safe products, custom design, fabrication, and installation. Utilizing innovative practices and creative solutions, JM Lifestyles has completed numerous interior and exterior projects, including work in counter-tops, entries, water features, decorative concrete, interior, and exterior moldings, custom vanities, furniture, and more.
JM Lifestyles has featured their design solutions and carefully crafted products on HGTV, DIY, and George to the Rescue. In 2017, the business was awarded the BUILD Magazine Architecture Award for their invention of Woodform Concrete®, a cost-effective, sustainable concrete-composite that resembles natural wood and provides for a beautiful, resilient, durable, and functional form of artwork. In 2019, the atelier was featured at the Architectural Design Show in New York City, in addition to being awarded Best in Sustainability at the Architectural Digest Home Show in 2017.
