Business Spotlight: NJ Center for Cognitive & Dialectical Behavior Therapy

The NJ Center for Cognitive & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (NJCCDBT), located at 1250 Sussex Turnpike, Suite N, is a mental health practice dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing mental health problems. Owners Michael and Lyndsi Bodtmann, opened their practice three years ago, to bring accessible mental health services to the Randolph area utilizing their knowledge and experience as clinically licensed social workers and experts in the science of psychological health and wellness.

NJCCBT provides individual, group, and family therapy in many treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). The NJCCBT team specializes in a variety of mental health treatments, some of which include treatments for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, weight and body image concerns, personality disorders, anger management, family and grief counseling, stress management, and much more. 

In addition to the treatments and therapies offered at NJCCBT, the practice also provides training and education to treatment schools and community members. The Bodtmann’s are active members of the Randolph community, in addition to belonging to professional organizations.
