Business Spotlight: John Herold Jewelers

John Herold Jewelers, established by the man for whom the business gets its name, has been located in Randolph since 1997. In addition to retail sales, Mr. Herold and his staff perform jewelry repairs, remakes, and customized designs. All of these projects are done in-house, which allows for faster completion.

“I’d like to think [our company] is a part of the community; I’ve striven to be that, whether donating to sports teams or promoting local charities,” Herold said.

John Herold Jewelers makes an effort to connect to their customers and their families, and has become a staple on Sussex Turnpike. Herold said he aims to meet his customers’ needs with fast and personal service, which he believes is a priority.

Herold is also a Randolph resident, and is involved with the library, Rotary Club, and fire department.
